So it’s that time of year again – the ‘out of office’ is on, new answering machine message recorded, everyone’s manically triple checked the whole house for any plug sockets left on. The school holidays have hit and we’re off down to Pembrokeshire for the week!

For years the coastal county has been an unrivalled destination for families like ours – different ages, interests and budgets are never a problem – there’s always something for everyone.

Luckily for us, we’ve found common ground for a day out that we know every year is guaranteed to kick the holiday off to a great start – a visit to Battlefield Live Pembrokeshire Laser Combat!

The annual game is always the first thing planned for the holiday and a crowd pleaser every time – even the grandparents have been known to get stuck in!

As parents, Battlefield Laser Combat is a winner every time – it’s a great way to get some energy out of the kids, and if we don’t feel like a game ourselves it’s a great opportunity to take some downtime. A walk down Amroth beach and a visit to a few seafront pubs is always a good idea; what better excuse? There’s always enough time to pay Folly Farm or Colby Woodland Gardens for a visit or post- game tea and cake.

Visit Battlefield Pembrokeshire Laser Combat this year to begin your new family tradition!
